All of our shots can be taken daily and can be combined depending on your needs.

We suggest you take this shot prior to sleep. We also recommend this shot for adults only. If you are pregnant, nursing, or taking any medication, consult your doctor before use.

Sweet Dreams contains 1 mg melatonin and 400 mg chamomile. This shot is designed to promote sleepiness and help you fall asleep faster. Sleep is important to your overall well-being. A rested body/mind = a healthy body and mind.

Designed to be taken before you sleep, this shot is very pleasant to the pallet and will not linger.

Melatonin: Melatonin is a hormone that is naturally released by your body to help you sleep.

Chamomile: Chamomile is widely thought to help people relax and fall asleep.

Watermelon juice: Watermelon has a high magnesium content, a mineral linked to improving the quality, duration and tranquility of sleep.

Pineapple juice: Pineapple juice contains vitamin C, which provides a variety of health benefits.

Lime juice: We use lime juice to bring the acidity of our shots to just the right level. Lime is packed with vitamin C, calcium, folate, potassium, and has a strong flavor profile. We love using this powerful little citrus!

Ginger juice: We press the fresh ginger roots ourselves to extract all of the benefits from this root.

Consult a doctor for how much melatonin is appropriate for you.

We cold press and mix our juices in-house. This means we make all our shots in small batches to make them as fresh as possible for you to enjoy.

The 3 g of sugar on our label refers to the naturally occurring sugar found in watermelon and pineapple juice. There is no added sugar in any of our shots.

There is no ‘best way’ to take the shots, but we recommend for you to take them cold. This protects the nutrient density of the shots.

The ‘HEAT IT’ way: SHAKE a WELLNESS shot, pour it in a teacup, pour hot water in the cup, add a teaspoon of honey… sit, sip and enjoy!

Does it matter if the shot is taken with or without food?

This depends on your preference and lifestyle habits. Please note that our shots are NOT intended to be nutrient replacements, even if they are nutrient dense!

Is this shot certified organic?

No. All ingredients except for melatonin and chamomile are organic though.

Is this shot certified kosher?

Yes.

What is High Pressure Processing/ HPP?

All of our KOR Shots are created using the Cold-Pressed High-Pressure Processing (HPP) method. HPP uses high pressure instead of high heat to extend the shelf life of the juices. We find this method ideal because it maintains the integrity of the nutrient-dense ingredients.
